Best Position for having Sex and Making Love
Most couples will, im time and with experience, find a favourite position for sex, even a favourite rhythm and speed. However, this article seeks to provide a generalised answer, one that will suit the majority of people. In my many conversations with females concerning this subject, I have found that, by and large, most would prefer the " doggy style ", the position in which the female is on her front, on her knees and hands, while the male is behind her, either standing erect ( in both meanings of the word.) or kneeling. The doggy position is probably the biologically more correct position. Have you ever observed animals making love? That cat next door ? The little cocker spaniel ? Most animals I know do it in that position. Even monkeys do it in that position. Most likely that was the position in which our pre-erect ancestors did it. Perhaps, more importantly, in sex, action is pleasure. You cannot derive pleasure in sex by being passive. ( I`m not talking about voyeurism here.) Particularly for the female, in the missionary position, they are effectively " squashed " by the the male, and will find it difficult to move, let alone participate in any capacity. The doggy position will allow the female greater freedom of movement as well as a greater range of movement. The major downside may be what is interpreted as a loss of intimacy. The partners will be unable to look face to face, and as such, may lose some feeling of closeness, making it a more " pleasurable sex " act rather than a " intimate sex " act. Still, it remains for each pair to find their own style and with creativity, perhaps each pair can find their own perfect position.
